How long does delivery take?
Seven to ten days from the date of order. We source from authorized retailers worldwide and shipping clears Bangladesh customs before reaching your door. WhatsApp tracking once your order ships.
Are the products authentic?
100%. We only source from authorized retailers and brand-direct channels. Every product has its original packaging, tags, batch codes, and serial numbers where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Through SSLCommerz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and DBBL Nexus — plus EMI from three to thirty-six months on supported cards (interest rates are set by your bank, not by us). SSLCommerz processing approval is in progress; until it lands, we confirm payment manually via WhatsApp within 2 hours of order placement.
How much is shipping?
৳500 standard shipping. Heavy items (flagged on the product page) ship for ৳1,000. Both are flat fees — no surprises at checkout.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. Sizing returns (especially shoes) and authentic-condition concerns within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the full detail.
What if my item doesn't fit?
For shoes specifically — half-sizes from EU sizing often run small for BD feet. We accept free returns on sizing within 7 days. For apparel we work with you on exchange.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. We're online-first. Our operations team is in Dhaka and you can always reach us on WhatsApp for any concern.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link. Your friend signs up and places their first order — they get ৳200 off, you get ৳250 added to your voucher wallet. Vouchers expire after 90 days. Up to four stack on one order.
