By using niyejao.org, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Merchant identity & responsibility

This website is operated by niyejao, a sole proprietorship registered with Chattogram City Corporation under Trade License No. TRAD/CHTG/019531/2025, with its registered office at Khan Mansion (3rd Floor), Golbag R/A, Agrabad Access Road, Chattogram, Bangladesh. niyejao is the sole party responsible for the goods sold on this website, for all communications with customers, for any third-party advertisements that appear on this website, and for the handling of customer information shared with delivery partners or other third parties. Payment gateway providers (including SSLCommerz) facilitate payment only and bear no responsibility for the underlying merchandise, the merchant's communications with customers, or any third-party content shown on this site.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Sharing accounts with others isn't allowed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Pricing & payment

7.1. All products and pricing on niyejao.org are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inclusive of duties. Promotional prices apply for the period stated and can't be combined unless explicitly allowed.

7.2. Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we ship (status: in transit). We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is unavailable or payment doesn't clear — in which case your payment is voided before capture; once captured, no refund is possible.

7.3. Payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a Bangladesh Bank-licensed payment gateway. Card data is handled directly by SSLCommerz and never touches niyejao's servers. EMI on supported cards is offered at terms set by the issuing bank.

7.4. No refunds. All payments are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is captured by the gateway, you are not entitled to a refund, return, store credit, exchange, or chargeback for change-of-mind, sizing, colour preference, delivery delay, or any other reason. This clause applies even where the customer has not separately read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7.5. Cancellation prior to dispatch and remedies for damaged-on-arrival deliveries are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are not refund rights under this contract.

7.6. Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 7 business days inside Dhaka and 10 business days outside Dhaka from the date payment is captured by the gateway. Delivery times are estimates and not contractual guarantees; delays do not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation.

Referrals and vouchers

Referral vouchers (currently BDT 250 referrer / BDT 200 referee) are issued only after the referred customer's first order reaches “delivered” status. Vouchers are non-transferable, single-use, and expire 90 days after issue. Up to four vouchers stack per order. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals (same NID/phone/payment method) are blocked.

Intellectual property

Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners. The niyejao mark, palette, and editorial copy belong to niyejao.

Liability

Our liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Chattogram.
