Refund Policy

When you can return, how it works, and what to expect.

Returns within 7 days

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product arrives damaged or in non-authentic condition.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Shoe sizing doesn't fit (free return on first-time sizing issue).

What's not returnable

  • Used or worn products (beauty, fragrance, intimate apparel).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items damaged after delivery.
  • Items where the original packaging has been destroyed.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@niyejao.org with your order ID. We'll send a return label and pickup instructions. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method via SSLCommerz. bKash and Nagad refunds typically post within 1–2 business days; card refunds 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If your order is cancelled

If we cancel your order for any reason (out of stock, payment issue), the full amount including shipping is refunded automatically. Vouchers used on cancelled orders are returned to your wallet.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box before opening and send to us within 24 hours. We'll cover the return and either replace or refund.
