How devices are sold
- Sealed retail box, batch and serial visible on delivery.
- Pay the courier on delivery, or by card/EMI via SSLCommerz after you receive it. We never call to collect payment.
- Advance: 10% of the device price by bKash, Nagad or card when you order, deducted from the total (returned if we cannot source your item).
- Voltage: all devices are USB-C or 100–240 V; a Type-G/Type-C plug adapter is included where needed.
- Returns: unopened, unused devices within 7 days of delivery; opened devices only for manufacturing faults within 7 days. Our standard refund policy applies.
